The majority of these commercial timber buildings will require Building Regulations approval, weare happy to make the application on your behalf. To ensure that the timber building is fit for purpose and will meet the building regulations we will employ an architect where neccessary to both design and produce structural calculations for the building. In addition we can make a planning application if you should require us to do so.  Our wide experience in supplying commercial buildings means that we may well be able to advise you of the most suitable building for your purposes.

Due to the fact that at John Shields Woodwork we use pressure treated timber and galvanised fittings our buildings ideal for the rugged use that they will be required to meet in commercial and public use.
